β β β β β Very friendly workers. The Sales Manager, Mdm.Evita is very kind and helpful. She personally arranged me to the Maldives and gave me a complimentary honeymoon room decoration. It was a surprise for me, and made our trip more joyful. Reasonable price! Highly recommended.

β β β β β It was a 5D4N trip to Semporna, Sabah in the early May of 2022. Trip package was bought in January 2022, though have gotten a snorkelling package, it was informed that diving agenda can be incorporated even at the last minute (we did not). While have expressed the interest to go scuba diving at the very beginning, and even on the day we landed in Sabah, we were only informed on the third day that diving is not possible. Nonetheless we MADE IT POSSIBLE by sourcing it from the internet, ditched the plan from the package and had the time of our lives diving! Personally reckon the worst, most unethical solution provided to us was to dive on the fifth day (last day of the trip & boarding flight in the evening)! This was utterly unacceptable - reckon a travel agent/planner would have known one SHOULD NOT go diving at least 12hrs before flight. Imagine if tourists have no knowledge about it and went for it.
Apart from the incidence, our agent(s)
1. Responded to message as she pleases (in other words, can be non responsive at times)
2. Informed us about our agenda at hour as late as 10PM.
3. Provided us various futile suggestions, e.g. restaurants were not open; restaurant "so-called" have reserved was not ready for us.
4. Weren't present to us until the last day, a total stranger who wasn't introduced to us, was attending to us at Tawau before we depart to KL. No complains to our day-tour-quide so this single star is for him.

β β β β β Terrible experience with this travel agency.
We were expressly informed and assured by the travel agent in charge should we have interest to go for scuba diving in our trip to Semporna, it can be arranged upon our arrival to Semporna on the day itself. However, when we informed the agent our interest to dive, we were told that they unable or mostly impossible to arrange due to shortage of staff since it was Hari Raya period. Ironically our group managed to find one scuba diving centre in Semporna ourselves online very late night and we decided to go with our own plan and did not go with the plan as scheduled with the travel agency. We demand for a refund from the agency and they only agreed to it after we expressed our unsatisfactory experience with them.
The travel agents were very evasive by not answering our calls when we demand for explanation and solution to scuba diving arrangement.
What was worst is that the agent even suggested that the scuba diving can be arranged on the day when we supposed to fly back to KL which is less than 12 hours before flight, which is unacceptable as they should have known a minimum 12 hours of preflight surface interval after diving is recommend after diving.
- last minute schedule update for next day itinerary which they only inform us on or before 10pm.

Late respond (10pm) from the agent when we were asking for next day itinerary, ie gather time, van/boat pick up time, unable to book DSD although we have been expressed the interest when we approached this agency. We tried to call the agent multiple times to update us the itinerary, didn't pick up. What an irresponsible agency and it's definitely my worst trip so far!
