โ โ โ โ โ Renew smart green card 16/10/2019 tapi sampai bulan April 2021 tak nampak bayang kad. Tracking tunjuk CIDB salah pos sampai ke kelantan padahal alamat di KL. Bila call atau buat aduan di website, alasan sama masalah sedang disiasat. Last email dapat 20/10/2020 :
"pihak kami bertanggungjawab untuk membuat cetakan semula dan pos mengikut alamat permohonan dalam tempoh 60 hari"
Harini dah 6/4/2021, senyap sunyi dari cidb. Kalau masalah kad pun tak mampu selesaikan....
Renew smart green card 16/10/2019 but until April 2021 there is no shadow of the card. Tracking showed that CIDB had the wrong post to reach Kelantan even though the address was in KL. When you call or make a complaint on the website, the same reason for the problem is being investigated. Last email on 10/20/2020:
"we are responsible for reprinting and posting according to the application address within 60 days"
Today is 6/4/2021, silent from cidb. If the card problem can't be solved ....

It's really slow efficiency. I haven't gotten the green card from September 2020 renew to April 2021. I called and asked why the service staff were still very unkind. It's not that I didn't give Qian Lai and now I asked them why it took so long I still canโt get it and keep answering you donโt know ?โโ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ A well run government department overseeing registration of construction workers local and foreign with issuance of a green card that he as all the holders particular . This card provides a class insurance that protects and covers the holder in case of any work injury or death at their work sites. Staffs here are very informative and helpful and services provided is good and prompt. Well done.
