โ โ โ โ โ Overpriced. Did car realignment here. Rm47.50. Straight away after that the alignment was way out. Same day readjusted. He can't get it correct after three visit. Gave up. Did at Nilai instead for rm30. All was fine.
My wife tyre punctured. They charge rm10!!! Other place rm5 only.

โ โ โ โ โ Will never go back or recommend. Thinking that an continental authorized retailer should be professional but end up poor workmanship. Caused my rims scraped and scratches after patching the leak, when asked,saying the obvious like it's not their fault and it has been since before they fix. Strongly not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there to replace one wheel bearing, was quoted at RM180(even at that price was a bit steep but was closer to my house which i agreed to proceed), then suddenly midway to install they mechanic said it's RM280 (he said i misheard him). I was really upset but then it escalated as they got the branch owner to call me. Before i could even explain to the owner the situation, he started shouted at me calling me a liar (engkau kata saya tipu ke?)... He's not even here to know the situation and started shouting?!.... What a really horrible customer service. I felt sad for the cashier lady that was there to listen to the whole conversation, she was also suprised and even apologize to me. In the end i paid the 180 that was originally quoted. But the damage was done, Never again will i go here if this is how you plan on treating your customers. So glad Kota Warisan has more alternative tyre shops here. I hope fellow residence at KW don't have to experience what i had to go through.

โ โ โ โ โ Just ask for price for alignment. Slightly overpriced at Rm25. Still ok for me. Started doing alignment then told me there is another aspect of alignment, mine was off. Need to pay another Rm30 to adjust. I rejected. Show me unhappy face. Finish the remaining alignment by banging my steering wheel very hard, drive my car wildly to test. I am not sure banging my steering very hard is necessary. Anyway, Bad bad bad impression. Will not come again.

โ โ โ โ โ Check battery DIN55R, price RM378 with trade in. Price expensive compare to my mechanic in Ipoh estimate price of RM280 with trade in.
Went to another workshop a few shops away, got the same model battery with trade in for price RM280.
Not recommended for this shop.
