★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change rim at this shop and used for 1 week the rim's logo missing. Also Balancing adjustment is bad. After drive for 1 week need to readjust again the tyre balancing. Double cost!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for more than 2 hours just to get tyre changed, the service is slow, the workers seems to contradict with first opinion to the next. I don't think i will ever go another continental tyre shop ever again unless i have no other choice. To the workers servicing me today, thanks for wasting my time and merry happy x'mas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Only serve high profile people. If you use kancil, viva or saga, don't ever think about going to this place. They serve you like you are poor people. The boss is really arrogant. Better find a different place to buy a tyre.
