★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi.. Actually not worthy any stars i guess.. Sebab staff selalu bermasam muka , not friendly and yet very direspectful... Kalau tgah rehat sekalipun , boleh je letak notes tgah rehat or something else, ini , kau tgk customer diri dekat 5 min baru nk ckp tgah rehat, selagi customer tak tanya kau tgk je la mcm tu? Not my first time, byk kali dah kena even my mom pn sendiri pernah story pasal staff coolblog lotus bukit tinggi kurang ajar..then if ur store tgah byk order , is it the way how you should serve ur customer ? Nk kena tggu eh, order byk ( not the soft tune okay , very kasar ).. Instead of boleh tp kena tggu sekejap ye, kita tgah received byk order ) more proper and respect !.. Please lah memalukan for me as a malay.. Even i da tak pernah order dkt coolblog situ.. Sbb staff yg sgt rude for me.. Like i mentioned early , not my first time.. More that 5 times i think .. Cause selalu beli dr situ je.. Now dah tak beli sbb meluat dgn staff tu.. Please coolblog and lotus take action... Tak ada kerja yg tak penat.. Even i selalu pergi situ after work .. Tq

Even if you don't take a break, you can put notes on a break or something else, this, you're not a customer near 5 min baru nk ckp tgah rehat, selagi customer tak tanya kau tgk je la mcm tu?
