Made a purchase on Lazada Malaysia for my new tyres. They went an extra mile to vacuume my car and also wash my rims. Allignment for the wheels are on the high side. Rm40 for honda city.

FOR YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. My dad installed two new tyres from this shop. A few days later, on the highway, one of the tyres deflated when I was driving the car. There were five adults in the car, including two elderly people! Here is how it happened - the car felt weird after I drove it for a while, but I thought it was the alignment. But some time later, a very bad vibration occurred, accompanied by a very loud thumping noise. I stopped the car and found the tyre was so hot, it was smoking. And this was on the emergency lane on a highway where trucks are zooming by at 90 km/h, maybe more! After taking it out, I checked the faulty tyre and found it was NOT damaged or punctured by an external object. There were no nails, stones etc in the tread. Additionally, the night before the drive, I put air into the tyres and the next morning, checked again and all tyres were normal. The sidewall was damaged though, cause by driving on the deflated tyre. When my dad went back to this shop, all they said was we damaged the sidewall and that they cannot claim a new tyre for us. They also said maybe there was a puncture cause by nails etc. When my dad pointed out that it wasn't punctured, they said maybe that object came out. What an insult! In the end, they charged my dad the full price of a NEW tyre! And said we should have stopped when we found out the tyre was losing air! Yes, we discovered the tyre was losing air when the vibration and loud thumping occurred!!! Plus, we wouldn't have driven on it if we knew it was losing air - which we didn't. More to the point is, why the hell did it deflate in the first place??? THEY cannot claim a new tyre for US??? This shop is more concerned about its bottomline and profits, than customers' safety. All they are concerned about is, they cannot claim from Michelin! They did not spare a thought that maybe, just maybe, they made a mistake during installation. And that mistake could have resulted in an accident. No, they just worried about not being able to make a claim and blatantly rejected any responsibilities of the incident and proceeded with charging my dad the FULL PRICE for a replacement tyre! If you are reading this JS Motorsports Sdn. Bhd., I am on my way to KPDNHEP.
