★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their store days ago but non of the workers asked how they can help me during the time. Seems not so busy they could have asked me instead. Stood there like an idiot and decided to leave and find another store. Bad service. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a strut bar via shoppee for my R35 GTR , received a Kia Forte strut bar instead.
Took pictures of incorrect item and sent to vendor. They instructed me to raise a refund via Shoppee which I did. 2 days later they raised a dispute against my refund eventhough label and pictures clearly showed they sent an incorrect part.
They then requested I ship the part back to Shoppee but was only willing to pay $10 for the shipping. Their mistake all of a sudden became my problem. To too it off still has the gall to dispute the refund. Careless and poor service recovery. Definitely won't buy from them again.
