The price is reasonable too. I highly recommend CopyPrint to all people in Klang Valley with printing needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Personally I had mixed experience with their service. All good as long as there is no problem during the process. However don't expect any help or support if there is unexpected issues turn up during the process. The boss will be super uncourteous and unwilling to help and will just response it is not their responsibility if the printing turns up has mistakes. Be careful with their opening and closing time published on internet too, they don't follow it. I had once wasted a trip and not getting anything printed because they were closing shop earlier than the closing time indicated online. The boss just didn't border at all even though I argued about it.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience with this printing shop. They are so arrogant, like they are the only printing shop available. Donโt ruin your day talking to them. Go to other printing shop instead. Have a good day

โ โ โ โ โ Made an order, they promised same day delivery, gave me the tracking ID of the transporter, then called me to say its the wrong address. Then told me I had to pay an additional RM 20 to have it delivered to me. As it was urgent, I had no choice but to do it. But making a customer pay for YOUR MISTAKE is just wrong. When I complained, the person just stopped responding.

โ โ โ โ โ My first experience ordering online was perfect. I could customize everything online very fast and easily. My document arrived the very next day. I was so impressed that I went back to make a second order but the website was down. I do hope the matter is resolved quickly!
