★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to COS Gardens at 9.47pm and the doors were already locked ! We went to the window display and the staff indicated it’s closed. Your singnage outside stated closing time is at 10.00 pm! We’re very disappointed as we wanted to get few pieces tonight .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So humiliating. My 6yo son and me were eating ice cream when the rain started, so we decided to hide close to the store to wait till it finishes. But after some time they called the security officer and he kicked us out. Please, don't buy anything at this hypocritical place!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a loyal customer of COS for many years, after my last purchase few days back from pavilion branch, I realized that my shirt got a white shade on it, and after i went back to them they helped me to change it even I removed the tags from it, but they tried to find my data from the system. Happy to be with them and for sure love their design.
