★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad experience during my last visit on 31 May 2019 afternoon. Staff with zero product knowledge, not friendly, unwilling to help . There was two Malay girls , they told me that they don’t really know the luggage’s size and do not have any measuring tape to measure the size for me. They don’t even know the difference between inch and centimetres. So disappointed to visit this branch! Hope the management can train the staff well in order to get better business.
