★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been a regular passenger of Cosmic but its getting annoying when the electrical outlet that you provide doesnt work. I dont know its either for use or decoration. Its been few times now and I might need to reconsider other bus options next time. Even now, Im currently on the bus and its gonna take lot of hours from Jitra to Kuantan but the plug seems not working. Please fix this issue and not to forget punctuality sometimes. Once forgiven, but more than one it becomes annoying. Thank you and have a nice day.
