★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Cotton bukit tinggi yesterday for the 1st time and had a very bad experience. I purchased few items. All were showed discounted items on display but when want to pay at counter all were on normal price. Another Worse part is I paid for all my items accordingly and took back home. Today I went back again to Cotton On with bills to change size of a pants I bought yesterday but the cashier told me I didnt pay for the pants yesterday and she took it back. She told me the item I purchased is not in their scanned system so I have to return the pants.I was puzzled and upset with the incident. Carefull with cotton on billings !
