★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went all the way to Genting to buy some items from the shop but when I gave them my membership no. to redeem my voucher, the system line was down. Without any apology, the employee told me that they couldn't allow me to use my voucher. Apparently the line is always bad but the company didn't provide alternative way for customer to redeem offline or at least apologise for the inconvenience. Will never ever buy from Cotton On anymore.
