β β β β β Bought a sofa, it had red ants when delivered. Sales lady says could have been from factory. They revoked it and promised to deliver another brand new set, however refuse to give us a written warranty that the next sofa to be delivered is a brand new one. Also, refused to refund us. Not trustworthy.

β β β β β Beautifully designed, good quality, locally made furniture. Comfortable showroom. However price is on the higher end. Terms are strict you need to pay 50% for them to custom make your furniture and the remaining 50% before they deliver to you.

β β β β β Quite likely the worst mattress I ever bought. Got a super single and in less than 4 months the mattress sank in the middle. Iβll need to dump the Couch mattress if I want a pain-free comfortable nightβs sleep.

β β β β β It's a totally hopeless store when it comes to delivering reliable sofa. Don't waste your money and time with them. The legs of the sofa delivered was defective even though they all the time to inspect before delivering. It takes them 7 weeks to fulfill an order and even for that case, they forget about you after they have taken your payment. You have to follow up endlessly. After they deliver defective sofa, the sales person passes you to the delivery team who don't bother to follow up with you to rectify the defect. You have to folllow up again and again. Just wonder how anyone would be trusting this company. Don't get fooled by what you see in the show room.

β β β β β Good quality sofa. Friendly staff and professional approached when we attended Couch Design outlet in Old Klang Road. Neat workmanship,high quality fabric, very sleek design available compare to others.
Kudos to Ms Lee who was very helpful explaining the various kind of fabric and designs, sizes to suit our medium size condominium.
Even the delivery employees of CD are helpful,polite and handed the delivery into my unit although my door width was just nice fit to push in the couch.
No regrets buying from Couch Design. Will be visiting them soon when our next target is to change the dining table set.
