★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yg aku x blh nk lupakan pada tahun 2014. Mewakili biras utk satu tuntutan fasakh. Ada step by step. Leceh lah sampai setahun mcm tu. Bnyk hari aku ponteng nk selesai masaalah ini. Aku ringkaskan cerita. Aku selaku hakam pertama, aku ckp x setuju perpisahan ini dgn sbb sbb yg aku bahaskan dgn hakim. Hakim pandang aku semacam je. Lps tu hakam pertama gagal, dia kata nak lantik hakam profesional yg pakar, suami dan isteri di kenakan bayaran seorg rm200 sebagai upah hakam professional. Jadi aku pun sediakan ringkasan teks setebal 18 helai mengenai kes tersebut kpd hakam yg katanya professional mewakili kedua belah pihak. Tapi yg dtg rupanya budak baru, bila di soal jawab, buka songkok tutup songkok, pening lalat katanya. Aduhai...letih. Last sekali dia dah bengang, dia memutuskan supaya bercerai lh. Jawapan hakam professional kurang memberi keyakinan. Dari situ saya hilang kepercayaan kpd pentadbiran mereka.

The first judge failed, he said he wanted to appoint a professional judge who was an expert, the husband and wife were charged RM200 as a professional judge's salary. So I prepared a summary of 18 -page text on the case to the judge who said he was a professional representing both parties. But the one who came was apparently a new boy, when asked to answer, open the songkok and close the songkok, dizzy flies, he said. Oops ... tired. Last time he was mad, he decided to get a divorce. The answer of a professional judge is less reassuring. From there I lost faith in their administration.
