★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of another Courts branch confirmed to have stock for a soundbar in this outlet. Ended up wasting time and effort to realised the stocks they had in this outlet is for free gifts. This is confusing because they advertised the item to be on sale at their entrance and website, yet it is all reserved for free gifts and had to wait a minimum of 2 weeks for order. Service is very inefficient and communication is far worse than expected. Utterly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a cheap electric kettle from them a while ago. The kettle is not working when I reached home and I inform them immediately . They were very helpful and asked me to send it back which I did and they change for a new one . I dealt with a gentleman called Mr. Nor Idham which I believe is the store manager. Very helpful and sincere person. A recommended place to get your electrical needs here. Thumbs up and keep up with your good service.

I had a good shopping experience in this place and I would like to recommend a salesperson whose name called ( Wan Hafizul Faeez Bin Wan) I am impressed with his service, he is very helpful and trying his best to solve the issues when I was encountered. Also, he was very prompt when replying my message and arrange the right time to delivery my washing machine.
I highly recommend this sales person, he is fast, superb customer service, good patience and also great product! I can't say enough! Would buy from this salesperson again. Thank you! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Aukey charger for laptop. But the item can’t be used for my laptop. Wanted to proceed with exchange for other products sold by Courts. Went back to store the next day after purchasing. But was told by an very unfriendly staff that no exchange or refund is allowed at courts at all. Goods sold are non exchangeable and non refundable. Yet, no such clause is stated in the receipt at all. Now I am stucked with an item which is useless to me. It sounds very stupid to buy anything from courts. Will never buy anything from courts at all!!!!!!
