★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards has really bad attitude and disrespectful. It's a hassle even for simple delivery. The mnagement should gather feedback from the residents on the security guards behaviour and performance and act upon it for further improvement. Otherwise nobody wants to buy or rent the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean common area, nice pool, great guards. Close to basic restaurants and a strange variety of businesses at Cova Square . Top of the line hospital and walking distance to the MRT. Sadly the lake and creek suffers from littering. If you like cats the Cova area has their own "feral" community of friendly felines that are well taken care of by both businesses and residents.

Place is nice and close to the nearby park and SEGi university.
View and rooms are outstanding with attractive decorations.
The cleaner are very nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a complaint I have for Cova Suites and I hope they improve. Please do not include the management number if no one feels responsible enough to pick up. I tried calling multiples times and yet I was hung up. Seems like they never pick up calls or do their duty. How irresponsible and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a complain. I am still waiting for the gym equipment to be fix. (5 months wait), had walk-in submitted the complain forms, no action taken at all. The opening and closing time is not practical for working adults to use at all.
Does it mean that all owners and tenants get discount/compensation for either rent/maintenance fee. Since the condo management is super busy to fix the gym equipment.
