My stock arrived on 30/11/18 in covenant logistics company, until 21/12/18 still can't deliver out. Only give many reasons.
Please my keep calling your customer service department every week until very day until very hours .......

β β β β β Not deserved for even 1 star, my stocks been drag for 1 WEEK since the day they promise to deliver to me, reason given was the stocks was not big enough to fit in the lorry, need to wait other stocks together only can ship my area, not enough to cover for their trip expenses, is this the problem I should concern about? SNAIL logistics company...........

Informing us to send the stock tomorrow, and keep dragging more than 1 week with the reason of lorry malfunction, and then giving lots of excuse and canβt even track the parcel for us. And finally able to send to us, but sending to a wrong address and all of our stocks located at otherβs house, how could this happen? Somehow the stock are really urgent and customers are waiting. Please be more responsible and really provide solution when needed, you really need a lot more improvement if you hope to sustain for even further .

Its been 2 months since product was given to them first giving us BL with another port and Vessel name after 6 weeks claim this is not our product and our product is still on another Vessel. Unable to locate our shipment unable to contact them. THIS IS SCAM PLEASE BE AWARE.
