★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reason I put 1 stars it's because I cannot assign 0 stars, because that's what they deserve, totally useless. Glad I finally got rid of them. Three years and never got the billing right, we told them many times to update our credit card details so we can direct debit at due date, never happened. We kept receiving late payment notices and threaten to being reported for their own uselessness. Service of the unit was always late because we had to call them to update the payment so they could them send us the service personnel, meaning the unit not filtering properly. Totally poor customer service. Good riddance, never again.
