β β β β β This is most probably the most comprehensive legal services in Malaysia that I can do from abroad. I was looking to make a will for my parents but I am located half the world away. I searched for legal services in Bukit Mertajam and came across their website β the only one with contact form. In addition to CP Tang I attempted to reach a few other lawyers but CP Tang were quick to respond while the others did not responded at all.
I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Leona Neoh - she is one of the most amazing lawyer that TRULY understand her clients need. She was very responsive to my emails, she took her time to explain the entire process and she is super patient. I ask her to coordinate with my parents for the will creation, she was quick to do that and meticulously answered all their concern. At the same time she was keeping me updated of the entire process via emails. Her mannerism are professional and what really amazed me was how detailed she was with the time and care that she took to make sure that all my needs are met (and beyond). The whole process went without a cinch - it was fast and my parents were very happy working with her. I could never ask for more, as it is really hard to get help from any parties in Malaysia due to the fact that email is not the de facto communication in Malaysia.
I highly recommend her (and her firm) if you are like me - looking for a trustworthy, consistent and professional firm to work with from abroad. I am beyond delighted. Thank you very much Ms. Neoh at CP Tang & Partners. CP Tang & Partners should be proud to have her as a part of their team. Kudos.
