★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the largest instrument shop in Johor. They are variety in piano and guitar, but got some other instrument such as violin, cello, drum, etc... The location is little bit hard to find considering its still at the developing area. Their staff are all nice, even just to go see them is okay. Definately recommend here if you are searching for Piano or Guitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time purchasing piano for my wife. Searched google and this place received +ve review so went to check it out. The shop have good choice of piano (as per budget), then bought local brand OSLIN piano. Paid cash & the sales person said will be delivered FREE to house. That's good because they said need to fix the table/stand for the piano. The installer with piano came on the day we have agreed.(after 1 week) I was not at home, my wife received the piano. During installation or delivery she saw the piano was DUSTY, but we accepted it, the installer left once placed the piano. But after 2 days my wife noticed dirt on the piano keys (hair n dust). So she called the shop ... surprisingly when she explained what she found the shop person straight away said will send someone for piano replacement. It make me wonder how come they can agree for replacement without even checking the piano or no other questions asked. My conclusion is they planned the whole thing n sent a used or display or repaired unit. On the same day the shop installer came with new piano that has all stickers on the keyboard. The installer also surprised to see the previously delivered piano condition. Then the shop sales or incharge person called my wife ... she was asking what time her installer came n left our house but nothing asked regarding the piano. That's weird as well.
So lesson learned for all readers or buyers : please check your delivered instruments from this shop or items purchased from any shop. It's not free money spend here ..... sometimes the seller takes the buyers for GRANTED.
