★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly Servicing staff & sales person. Clean and nice place especially waiting hall, free meal and drink, nice decoration in showroom and helpful staff solving insurance's matter.. i recommend this place to buy new car and for visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm satisficed with the main services that was provided but waiting room NEED to be improve. First, it is small and crowded. Second, no free food? (I mean I've been on other Toyota service, they provide free biscuits for somethings). Third, there was a free Wi-Fi, but the speed is unacceptable, I can't even browse/load a single webpage. I really hope that they willing to improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big service centre as it also shares with sales. Having so many service bays allowing technicians to perform car maintenance simultaneously. Inside the customers lounge, Toyota KB does provide many facilities and amenities for us while waiting cars done maintenance. Free WiFi, Free computer ? use either for access internet or watching movie etc. For children, there are mini playground there. Customers can enjoy comfortable environment with comfort seatings, free coffee and water dispenser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked and explicitly explained the problem of my prius c. From 9.30 am till 4 pm still couldn't find the source of the problem. They just told me to leave the car at the service centre. How am I going to commute back to my place, which is 11/2 hour away from the service centre!!!! FLY?! And.... this is not the first time I experienced it.
