★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by Irfan through walk in (very rare for a Toyota service centre, they are usually fully booked) and had a very pleasant experience. He greeted me at the door and was very attentive through out the service. Accommodated my individual needs and even walked me out the door when everything was done. Engine oil change along with tyre balancing, alignment and rotation plus free car wash in 2 hours. Had a full report done by him and I can say with confidence this is the best Toyota service centre there is. 5 star service with a smile. Even the manager waved me goodbye. On top of all this, the building is still brand new and remains clean. There is also a viewing deck to look at your car being serviced. They also provide packet nasi lemaks for snacks and has a coffee machine at hand. Ports for usb charging available, just dont forget to bring your own cables.
Ps: Apam balik stall right next door is very popular in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toyota service centre with no queus compared to the other ones. Worth considering sending your Toyota car there for service, as service given is good and satisfactory. Like any Toyota service centre it has a comfortable waiting room upstairs. Only disadvantage getting there is, one can so easily miss the small road next to Empire City that leads in. So, Toyota Management, it will be good if you can put up some directional signboards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best customer service ever. Very fast and efficient too. Punctuality was number 1. No queues at all, only took 1 hour for toyota vios major servicing. Any repaired made all services was explained very clearly in english. Other branches cant really explain in english but thank god, finally i can understand clearly what are they explaining about my car. Waiting place available too, whole premise was super clean, saw staff actively disinfecting the offices too. Staff was the best over there, super super kind and patience to explain properly. Definitely coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome. A third of the time it takes for a service at Segambut - only 1 hour! I was greeted at my vehicle by name and told to head in and have a cup of coffee. The upstairs waiting area has a tv , coffee making facilities and comfy chairs. Also a window out to the cars if you want to watch. Such a pleasure - well done guys.

The interior is so nice and very clean!! All staff are very friendly and very diligent . What the best is I tak perlu tunggu lama semasa servis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service. Normal mileage service that normally took around 1.30 -2.30 hours only took less than 30 minutes here.
Came all the way from Cyberjaya to try their service and based on this experience, I’ll definitely come again next time.
They also will give back all the things that they change (as prove maybe) ?
