Went to CRG Subang Jaya outlet. . Informed the owner my bad experience and also shared on their FB as a constructive criticism. As at 3:12pm, 18 April, they (CRG Subang Jaya FB page blocked me). Bagus ????. Try blocking me on Google reviewsand Trip Advisor pulak lah. Maybe foursquare too. . After sharing my feedback on their FB, the owner whatsapp me with the most rude and unprofessional response ever. Nak kaitkan race and religion which was not even relevant. See attached screenshot for more details. . Here’s my review on the CRG subang jaya FB page that I was being blocked: ------- Went to CRG yesterday to bungkus for sahoor for my family. 1. Ordered the premimum lunch pack as it has Double Chicken, Double rice, kai vege and 2 wanton. To my understanding, this should be for 2 pax but portion sayur dia sangatlah kecik macam mana nak share with 2 pax?? Anak Makan 2 suap dah habis. 2. I requested politely for extra chilli as my fam loves CRG Chilli. One of the Staff packed 2 packets but it still wasnt enough as the content seems so little. So i requested politely to add on, but she refused and said 2 packets is the max. If i want anothr packet, I need to pay extra but it wasnt even stated anywhere that there's additional charge for chilli. Hello!! I have a family of 5 and you expect us to share 2 packets of chilli? Then the owner questioned me why did I tapau 3 sets chicken rice if I have family of 5. Just because I ordered 3 set only, doesnt mean my family makan chicken rice je for sahur. We have other food as well. ??. Time for sahoor. The chilli and kicap SANGATLAH CAIR AND TASTELESS!! The first time they opened in SJ, the quality was excellent. But Idk what happen the quality dropped tremendously. Utterly dissapointed. 3. Contacted owner about the problem. He asked what can he do to make it up for this issue. Well for me there's nothing can be done. I wasted my money to buy sahur for my family expecting the quality to be as excellent as how I first tried CRG at SJ. But too bad, quality was so bad I wont be returning until the quality has been improved to how it was. As for the food that I dah tapau, apa nak buat makan je lah. Walaupun teruk sgt. ??‍♀️??‍♀️

My personal favourite "The best Chicken and Duck rice in town ?" We went here on weekdays at 9am and this place already had small crowd. The staff is friendly and food is great. Will definitely come back again to this place.

The third time visiting this humble shop and I have to commend the commitment of the owner towards taste within the budget. Had the opportunity to try out their Ramadhan menu; Nasi Tomato and I cleaned the plate even though it is not my favorite dishes! Pseudo fast food joint, if you can call it that, arrived-order-eat within 30 mins.

Best taste at super reasonable price you can get!

Visited this outlet weeks ago with my friend. Overall we got good experience with their foods. Here what we ordered: ?White Curry Noodle Special (I chose kuey teow & roasted chicken) ?RM9 ❤️I can said its big portion.You can see it based on my photos.Creamy gravy.chicken also seems freshly roasted.The sambal bit spicy but bearable. ?Steamed chicken rice ?RM5.50 ❤️I only tasted little bit cause its my friend food.Pretty good chicken. ?Fried Spice Duck (single portion) ?RM5.50 ❤️Cause I craved for duck, I chose this menu.Tender meat and prepped nicely with spice.Flavourful. ?but i think its bit oily. ?Chilled Cheesecake ?RM6.90 ❤️Using toblerone dark choc, its taste pretty decent. ?Size too small but no harm to try

Dine-in late lunch ... Excellent food at great prices. The roasted chicken and duck were tender and tasty. The chicken rice was nicely cooked and was very flavourful. The soup was also tasty and not too much white pepper like a lot of other restaurants. The drinks were also tasty and refreshing. Friendly staff. Fairly clean restaurant.
