I have known Sophia for years and she has never failed to assist me in my recovery process. The treatment and exercise given, it helps me to be back to sport quick and safe. She understands neuro issues very well and is creative in thinking of simple and effective exercises that one can do at home without the need for fancy machines. She will guide you to achieve your rehab/fitness goals. Crucial Rehab has been and still is instrumental in helping me get back to independent daily living activities.

โ โ โ โ โ I have had severe pain on my lower back due to a fall and also weight lifting many years ago. Having seen many physiotherapist and chiropractor, there was still pain lingering there. I wasn't sure why. Not until I met Chris Chia, who is a Physiotherapist here in this center. Her skills as a physiotherapist should be something to shout out, very thorough in her explanation and working on your issue and always there to assist you when in need. She helped me get back to the gym, and no more pain lingering on me like before. Kudos to her and Crucial Rehab Physiotherapy and Stoke Rehabilitation Center. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I had this uncomfortable pulling feel on my hand and went to Crucial Rehab. I have been there a few times before. This time I had a session with the physiotherapist,Jing Yu and she was very thorough with the treatment. She explained what was going on with my hands and treated it accordingly. She advised me on some exercises I need to do. On the next day,I noticed the pulling feel is gone already. Overall,I'm very happy with them and they are definitely my trusted physiotherapist centre. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been seeing Sophia for over a year or two. I have seen a lot of physio in the past to treat running injuries and she is by far the best therapist I have ever met. Very detailed in her evaluation and always takes her time to explain the issue to me. Our sessions are never rushed or time bound which I feel is good unlike other centers. As a runner herself, she understands how we train and will prescribe suitable remedy to fit my training plans.

โ โ โ โ โ It really helps me a lot, help me strengthen my muscles and I also learn many things from here. I know some of my problem that I usually wonโt know without coming here. They also taught me how to do recover for preventing my problem getting worst. It helps me improve my performance on the court and also make sure my standing walking posture is right all the time. They are also very friendly and professional. No matter what your problem is they will put 100% passion and professional to help you prevent or solve your problems.

โ โ โ โ โ Its been about 2-3 years of going for rehab under Miss Sophia Ho. I didn't know i have scoliosis until my mom brought me here. I was having pain on my neck area and was slouching most of the time. Ms Sophia is so nice and friendly HAHAH she always teach different exercise to help me improve my posture etc. I'm happy that I'm able to improve the condition without going surgery.
