★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible experience. I was in room 1028 and had the worse experience. That was so called the VIP suite and there was noise all night from children running and "beds bumping" all night. Could not even sleep for a minute. Shame for a well known hotel. Would have gotten a better room at a 2 or 3 star hotel for half the price. First and last experience here. Shame on you crystal crown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I am so sorry to leave this review here. But it was a very bad and traumatic experience to me. First, i will review the room.
1. Lighting; when i turn on the switch, the lamp light up like 5-10 mins later. There's also a lamp that couldn't switch on.
2. The sink in the toilet is clogged.
3. Iron board is broken.
Now i will share the traumatic experience. I park my car at M level (first level) of the hotel parking. My third day there, my car windscreen got broke by a crazy guy. It happened around 2.20am (based on cctv record) but the security realize it at 4am and tell me at 6am.
My question, why there's no one who monitor the cctv screen? The crazy guy, cut two cctv cable, if there's someone who monitor the screen, early action can be taken. I park my car where can be seen from the hotel glass door, why there's no one that can hear or aware of the incident? No one guarding the door? I believe there will be a very loud sound if you look at the damage to my car. I can conclude that this incident happened bcs of negligence of the hotel but i cant claim anything.
But still, i am thankful to the hotel team for the cooperation given and the statement to the police and also, for catching the suspect. I hope my case is the last one that happened there (bcs there's one before).
