★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the agent call Kelvin Ng was very rude, I didn't use his service as his other colleague had contact me before he did. I didn't explain much to him just told him that I am not interested. I thought that our connection will just end by this. But today I received his Whatsapp message, purposely to insult me saying this project that I didn't buy from him are all sold out and I have missed out this great opportunity. In additional, he ridiculously said that I will need to wait another 10 years to own a nice property. He BLOCK me after he done all the sarcastic words. This is totally unacceptable, did Crystal Realtors interview or train your people ? This is so unprofessional. Please take action on this matter !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the agent: K*lvin Ng is very unprofessional. Scolded his own customer many times over the phone because I cancelled the booking. He did exactly the same thing as to @Ebell Wong too. Worst, he delayed my cheque return on purpose till I contacted his manager. Things sorted out within 3 days after I talked to his manager. Of course, I get scold again from for calling his manager.
My advice, keep away from him. His words are full of BS, awful service, childish attitude.
