★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing part time Grab. Food preparation is the worse. SUPER SLOW.. WORSE EVER IN PENANG. I need to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. I understand Chinese language. The staff accidentally lost the food order receipt. I have already follow up 30 minutes earlier the staff said please wait. After 1 hour I follow up again, guess what the staff confuse and she speak Chinese which I heard she lost it (food order receipt). I get my item 30 minutes after for 1 dish. Total I need to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for God sake. No apologies from her at all. When I ask her why she lost it, she make a face. Will viral this restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food used to be good. When I first ate it was very nice and subsequent orders were good. But today I was really really disappointed. The quality of food dropped tremendously. From 5* to 1*. If this restaurant don't improve or QC their quality. I think it will lose a lot of its regular customers. I used to enjoy their belacan fried chicken and Yong chow fried rice but this round it's very very sad. Thumbs down. Unless they improve back the quality I won't order again from them. So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel pity to my grab rider as they prepared really damn slow. Waited an hour for them just to prepare the food. I can’t even cancel my order even though the rider suggested me to since they already updated the food status to ‘Preparing’. Both of us felt really frustrated by just waiting for them to prepare the food. WILL NOT order again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time tried at this restaurant, the waiter serve us coldly and unfriendly. We ordered roasted pork rice and ginger garlic pork rice. The roasted pork served with green cilli, which was weird and taste under expectation. The ginger garlic pork was overcook and hard to bite. The rice is RM9 while set is RM12 with egg, soup and drink. The rice totally not worth what it cost. Strongly not recommend to eat at this restaurant.
