My MUS150 pump functioned well for 3 years, however noticed the newer batches have frequent mechanical leaks.

β β β β β I have contacted them, explained about my water pump problem, sent then pictures and video to have big pictures.
Then they quoted me RM600-RM6500 to repair my unit. Technician later came to my house, check and told me not worth to repair the water pump and ask RM150 for their charges. So I have paid RM150 just for nothing, nothing solve.

β β β β β Service provided was phenomena. My msg was attended to very quickly and the repair was even quicker ! My HPC-7160 wasn't able to auto stop. It just took them a few hour to repair the issue with the pump head switch and outlet spring, all items FOC as it was still under warranty. I am very happy with the service provided and was attended to by the lady name Joey.
