Their report sources is generated from various valuable information in one report which is SSM, Bank Negara Malaysia and relevant government gazette.
All this information will be available in one report, which saves you alot of time requesting different report from various sources.
It targets specific user who really needs the report, hence the only cons is it is not suitable for users who did not have loan application at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been loyal customers since May 2019. Moreover, we have always been pleased by your services and valued our long term relationship.
However, as we have been well informed that Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) have suspended your services for the CCRIS report since 1st October 2021 in which we are still unable to do so until now.
Firstly, we have requested to get a promotion as we did not use any of your services but we paid for the subscription fees. Unfortunately, your Customer service told us that CTOS has other services that we do not need. We are a property agency that purely relied on the CCRIS report but we could not utilize it since 1st October 2021.
I am quite disappointed as we have to make a payment even though the CCRIS report services are still suspended. I hope very much that you will waive off the payment from Oct 2021.
Therefore, we have submitted a termination letter date on 9th November 2021 and this is the second time we have sent a termination request to your company. We would like to request for an immediate termination.
Kindly proceed immediately and your cooperation is highly appreciated.

After registered and waited for days, no responses on activations even you CLAIMED RESPONSES WITHIN 30 Minutes! this is just ridiculous where i have waited for days. Then follow up with an email on activations but the same happened, after days, no response as well.

But this time really bad expirence with CTOS.
Having Issue with the app, report with e-mail.
They reply with not related answer. Call customer service, ask me to email. Email again, again and again.
No body take responsible for my case, no status, no refund, no due date when can solve my problem.
Just a report, what so hard? Has been waiting for 2 weeks still didn't solve with just a small problem.
Really Really Feel Bad with the Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CTOS, the one star, is very high for your poor customer service and product features. You should hire more competent people to run the show, particularly your compliance team living with old school mentality.
Basic rules you cant convert all manual procedures into FINTECH, and the approach will not provide the desired results, and you're the classic example for it.
