Tried butter fried chicken. Tasteless and soggy. The oden. I dunno what I am eating all mushy don't taste like fish cake at all. Kimbap tasted hard and which is a sign that it was kept overnight and not produced fresh. Seriously are you guys kidding? A brand that calls itself korean mart but no soju?? Obviously people behind the quality control have not tasted the real stuff in Korea. Common guys!! I dun usually leave reviews but the experience was so bad that I have to vent it out here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite impressed n excited to see new stores especially CU in this area. Has varieties of food, instant noodles station, dried food n etc. immediately picked up some gimbaps and corn dog. However, the food quality is rather disappointing. The rice of the gimbap is hard (like overnight sushi), didnt managed to finished it. Where as the corn dog taste was ok, but the crust is quite cold and hard. Second time visit tried out their instant noodle station, had some issue cooking it but their staff doesn’t seems to bother even we called for few times. Overall the experience wasn’t great. Hope they can improve both service & food quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Honey Butter Dak Gang Jeong for 2nd time here (previously on Oct 2021 and i loved it), however this day (26 Dec 2021) the chicken has bad smell and rotten taste. From the texture itself we can define. Complained to the staff and showed the food, then waited for awhile however no respond. I asked the person in charge however she doesn’t know what to do, then i asked for refund, she gave it without making eye contact, and no apology. She doesn’t even look at my face. Surely people can differentiate good or rotten food. I even told her to taste the chicken herself, but she seems irritated to me. Bad customer service. I don’t think will come here again.
