★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cu Mart Cyberjaya close too soon. I arrived at 11pm but the store already locked the door. But referring to the Google, the store supposedly closed at 12am. I’m hungry just got back from work…..&@?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Didnt attend promptly to customer who wants to pay at the cashier. Didnt bother to ask also if customet would like to add on sugar on their coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited this place on one fine sunday morning, and not many people at that time...the food choice at that time was okay but I felt like eating tteokbokki early in the morning ?? so bought tteokbokki and of course some other extra things, because I cannnn ???
tteokbokki was quite spicy for me, and it was too watery (as Kedahan would say, ceroi baqhang ?) perhaps it needs more cooking time for it to be thicker...taste wise, just okay.
I also bought the cheezy corndog...it was delicious but somewhat cold already...so was the dak ganjeong...the chicken was tasty and sweet, however if it's hot I think it would be tastier. not sure if we can heat these up using the microwave but I supposed these should be warm all the time, no? ?
my favourite was the iced peach tea...sooooo nice i wanted to buy another one but since I was already full so i just finished what i had at that time...can come back again for more ??
at that time when I visited, there was only 1 staff on duty, which was okay since there were no other customers so the service was quite fast...but adik, please smile more okay? ??
overall okay...will come by again soon ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. First time I come to CU Cyberjaya , It was so bad. Worst experiences & Services. Just one guy in front of the counter. Hes the one that cook , hes the one that do the cashies, hes the one that attend customers. All he do . Can you imagine its gonna take so much time. The line is so long. And when come to my turn , he said must wait 30-40mins for a frickin icecream because hes doing everything on his own.
I see two other stuff is doing stocks while there are plenty of customers waiting to pay and orser their food...
2. Second time , Cyberjaya CU Mart got tiny improvement laa. Lack of staff . This time only one girl in the counter and shes doing everything. Maybe CU need to train and add more staff please.
This time I want to rate the food! The corndog was 4/10. The staff dont heat your food. Its okay laa cause here got microwave but for food that need to order at the counter, At least the staff need to provide a better service laa.
Ice cream 7/10. ( Soy Ice cream ) But need to add more variety please.
Other food I think ok.. But not so much choice or have something special in it. Try come our with simething interesting and offers .

ice cream taste very special...cant try...the smell of soya very strong...erm...taste a little bit rough...like porridge + soya bean ... not so sweet... must try!!!???
in my opinion...the korean fried chicken not so good, but you may try 1st before judge it.

Many varieties of Korean products can be found here, from ramen, to frozen, to ready to eat meals, to hot meals, to skincare ?
Price point is around the same as MyNEWS and 7-Eleven.

Everything is good, many items can be found.
Need to check ingredients before purchase as they are certain items directly from Korea.
I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the staff because they honest. I accidentally drop my handphone. They keep it until i pick up. You gain my trust here, thank you ❤️
