β β β β β 16th Sept 2019. Saw improvement by having glass panel all surrounded, fully air con and thereβs a room for drop and pickup plus ironing service. What irritates is the staff there bring the whole kampung of children and friends chit chat laugh loudly. Since the area cover in glass so when they talk and laugh it creates echo. Guys going in and out smoking. Might change of mind to opposite shop if continue like that.

β β β β β Usually all machines are in working order including the coin changers. Rates are reasonable. Waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Most importantly washing and drying results meet expectations.

β β β β β RM 3 is for 9kg washing only. Beware of misleading. Dryer also not hot. Better go opposite BubbleLab. Much much hotter.
And Bubblelab is RM 3.50 for 12kg wash (or RM 4 for 15kg). And there is a sign at the coin dispenser with a threatening message they will report to the police if u want to try use own 50sens . What so called "crime" to report.
Zero stars. First and last time I will even dry my clothes there.

β β β β β Had a variety of options with regards to washing machines and dryers. Washing was for 9kg, 14kg and 25kg. RM3 for 9kg though there were only 2-3 machines available. Most were 14kg machines. Didn't have to use detergent. Washed and dried a full load (about 10kg) of clothes in about an hour for around RM13 (washed in hot and dried in extra hot - which made it a little more expensive).

β β β β β Card payment doesn't work on most machines. Fortunately there is a coin exchange machine. A few dryers however, swallow coins without functioning. Not coming back here.
And....
2 entrances open. Only 1 mysejahtera code on 1 of the doors.
Was inside for more than an hour but countless customers walk in without scanning.

β β β β β Seems like the largest dryer (the one on the bottom) is useless. The clothes were all still wet and cold. Even the interior of the dryer (the metal) was cold.

β β β β β The place has quite a lot of seating and the tables make it convenient to fold laundry.
Payment can now be done by cash or mobile app (Grab, Touch n Go, Boost, etc). They have their own loyalty app which is convenient for people who wash and dry often.
Customer service and refunds / credit transfers between faulty machines are much easier with the current system.
