★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really ridiculous! Only for the payment not yet installation of the water dispensers took me 2 hours still can’t settle. Why did the process of payment take so long ? Besides the company system is so funny. The registration and installation can’t be done on the same day. Furthermore, I won’t be able to know the appointment time in advance ( which is on the next day ) for the installation on the registration day (payment day) and the staff said the company installation staffs will call me in the morning of the installation day to set the time for installation which is later of the day. Hence I have to keep my whole day vacant, can’t do my other works ,just for them to call and let me know my appointment time for installation and also waiting for them to come for installation . Really very inefficient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret getting this water filter, bad customer service. Told the customer service I'm not convenience to talk on follow up call to rate the installation, she just raise voice why you not free and hang up my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero star.. I feel sorry for cuckoo Korea as brand originated. A Big brand but managed by low quality management team. The Melaka Center manager is totally "rubbish" team leader.. she can not ever talk correctly & understand the term of services. Regretted with the purchases ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water filter malfunction & raised the ticket for more than 3 months. (followed up with live chat agent for more than 20 times), but still, their is no update from their so called 'service team' till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called many times to customer service, line dropped all the time after connected , customer service doesn't want to speak English at all , they keeps asking you to leave a message in the chat box and no one will ever get back to you even you left a message!!!!!!
service was good few years ago but not anymore now!

before you buying cuckoo water filters.
I Kena pernalty of paying extra almost Rm 300.
I am the one who have moved back to penang for 6 months, after I came back kl home and I want to renew the one year package by normal free is Rm 400.
But they said because my water filters has expired for few months, so I have to pay extra Rm 288 for the pernalty. Total I need to pay out Rm 688. I think better I get the other brand rather than cuckoo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience, one for my office and one for my house, both also experience bad installer service, for my office they wrongly install cause leakage, for my house, buy from another seller, hope for better, wrongly install for me, i cant use my tap, report to HQ also no use, have to wait 24 hours for them to call me, very disappointed and regret to buy it.
My problem solved after i made another phone call to HQ, the second installer very much better and very responsible. Have to request the 5 stars rating installer if u would like to buy cuckoo product.
