★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ru En was assigned to help me select the curtain materials and the entire process was very pleasant. Ru En is very flexible in the meeting time and she is also very responsive to inquiry. It only take 3 weeks from confirmation to installation for the entire house. I will recommend Crystalace for anyone who is interested to change the house curtain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how efficient and understanding each staff were. I approached them via instagram and the rest is history :). I had Ru En for as my consultant. She is very nice and reliable. They managed to deliver all items before the target installation date. I love them nonetheless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have decided to assign Curtain Library due to their responsive services, professionalism and willing to go extra mile to cater to our tailor made requirements and tight deadline to ship the curtains to our new home in Spain. Shout out to Run En and her several other colleagues whom I didn't manage to get their names who tirelessly find suitable fabric and answer all our concerns. Ru En will answer my whapapps and calls even on off duty time and even at odd hours when I try to reach her from Spain. Ru En is absolutely fantastic!! I would recommend Curtain Library to give her a big bonus and to pay for her trip to Spain to witness herself the beautiful curtains she had arranged for us in our new home!!
