★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our whole family has been with Marcus for many years, long before he owned this salon. Marcus listens and he gives good advices. Ping is also another stylist that can cut well they make a good team. The place is cozy and clean. Strict SOP too.

However, I would STRONGLY advise that one goes for a senior stylist or director for hairsytling service. I was pressed for time in the morning and engaged a Junior stylist's service. Took 6 months to grow my hair long and wanted a long-Bob cut. Somehow, despite communicating with sample photos, the communication was lost in translation. I ended up with a flat,short hairstyle (almost invisible bob), and flat fringe. The end product was rather disappointing. A lost gamble.
The hairstylist was really nice but I believe it still boils down to experience.
I would insist for a senior stylist at the minimum if I ever revisit the salon again.
