★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It said hotel but the building is more like rumah kedai...they have 3 floors...the room is okay but the pillow aren't really comfy...some of the room they don't have wifi and the tv channel they provide aren't that great especially they don't have sports channel...but they do provide free parking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night. Was actually a service -/ studio apartment, not hotel. No signboard, contact "hotel" personnel prior to arrival and set an appointment. Rating:
1. Parking at basement quite dirty and smelly. I've parked at roadside only, many parking slots, Fr., Sat., Public: Free. (3/5☆).
2. Wifi: Slow. Asked to reset, not cooperating (2/5☆).
3. Room: Spacious, clean, nice hotel-like deco, air-cond, 1 queen + 1 single beds, towels, TV + Njoi (4.8/5☆).
4. Pantry: Complete devices + coffee/tea set (4/5☆).
5. Toilet: Overall ok, wall mosaics' not cleaned, slipper putus, no toothbrush, toilet bowl seat parted (3/5☆).
6. Location: Near centre (4/5☆).
Overall 3.7/5☆. Maybe repeat. TQ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management. Booked, paid in full for 2 nights at 2 weeks prior. Upon arrival, asked to change room for 2nd night . Even though the staff is polite, the policy is unacceptable (it is not a walk-in). The 2nd room hygiene is questionable, since previous occupants leave less than 1 hour earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive stayed here almost 4 times in the past few months . And ive gotta say its comfortable and clean and the beds are comfy . The only problems ive had is with the water bottle they provide . Its so small . I had to boil water to drink more . Also , different rooms have different internet connectivity .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for fmly. Husband and I stayed for 1 night with a baby. Was our second time staying here. Include double bed and single bed. Has microwave, kitchen sink and basic kitchen utensils. Clean bed sheets and bathroom. Overall, im satisfied with the apartment and price is affordable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family room (1 dbl and 1 single) with kitchenette is so spacious, cozy and clean. The microwave, bread toaster, fridge and electric kettle are in excellent working condition. It comes complete with sponge and cleaning detergent. RM120/per nite, truly value for money. The staff are very helpful esp the owner, Dr Azizi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments complex managed by this company are pretty much run down. Some units have broken shower screen, chairs, kitchen drawers. But it does make up with its strategic location. So if looking for 2* rating & above hotel rating... Look elsewhere!
