β β β β β The oldest condominiums in Cyberjaya, therefore the rental rates are the cheapest. It's very convenient for MMU students who want to live off campus. The unit is spacious mainly 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. However, management need to step up and improve the facilities especially the landscape and the hygiene of the compounds. There are lots of tenants that just throw rubbish outside of their windows. Regular swimming pool maintenance is also needed as well as dengue spray. Quite affordable for people that need lots of spaces and don't care about the overall condominiums' experience.

β β β β β I haven't stayed here but I've visited on a few occasions including staying overnight.. fairly decent security.. normal maintenance.. no filth.. a lot of students stay here which makes the place vibrant.

β β β β β Worst Management ever!!!!! I just started my semester went back no bills and warnings about my water has been cut off, i had made my payments and its been a week after i made the payments and i still have no water at all!!! Kept calling them and they told me they did connect the water source back, BUT NOPE!!! Liesss! Do your job properly! I even went there many times and im tired of it! Would NOT recommend to stay here for a long period.

β β β β β The facilities is good, they have functional gym also have lots of equipment. The swimming also well maintain but the surrounding area is dirty. Some of the tenants dont have mind inside the brain, throwing rubbish everywhere.

β β β β β Worst management I have ever encountered. They seldom response to emails. I travel a lot for my work and seldom at home. It is so frustrating when coming back from airport and find there is no water at my house or low water pressure or parking access card does not work. Even after I've paid my water bills, they did not reinstate the water pressure and my parking access card for months! despite the countless emails and visit to the management, my situation has not improved. I have been really patience when dealing with them..but honestly I am boiling inside.. they really are testing my patience.. do not stay here if you do not want this stupid headache!

β β β β β Although it is an old place, it is beautiful, quiet and cool all the time. I lived here when I first came to Malaysia, it was three years ago. I love this place a lot and it is suitable for low-income students.
The apartments are clean and spacious, and the important thing is to look good before lodging here and inspect the apartment by your eyes ?

β β β β β Place is fine but this poor management staff is really an issue, conversation like nothing and after I ask if there have any online booking or renting service, then he just realized, but it is better to direct find them in office instead of calling, cause calling can't help with solving issues also,and it is just about car park renting

β β β β β don ever live in this place, their management doesnt give you your water bill and if you pay for yourself online, they will say that you havent pay them and charge you for another time one year after which you cant trace back your record already. this place is also dirty and full of mosquitos.
