★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My C43 was involved in an accident driven by my wife and Mr. Selva of CCB Batu Caves from the very beginning was very helpful and assisted my wife.
From arranging the tow truck to getting the car fixed.
Very good job by him also not forgetting Mr, Aashpal the assistant manager who was also instrumental in assisting Selva in getting my car ready .no stones weee left unturned by them and the car is back to it former glory.
Once again thank you Selva and Aashpal.

The best or nothing when it comes to Benz is to be experienced to be believed. Thank you for making us believe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review wasn't written out of whim, it wasn't written right after I got a good service. I decided to give Cycle & Carriage a perfect 5 star after having consistently received the utmost excellent sales and after sales service from them. I have always been another dealer and workshop's customer since it was closer to my residence. To cut it short, the other branded dealership's sales and service weren't quite what I'd expect from Mercedes, but I had no benchmark to compare to. Until now, where the winner can be decided.
A friend recommended me to give CCB a try and so I did. I handed my car to Kardin, that was probably the best decision ever made. He was courteous, efficient, well mannered, and attended to my car's needs immediately. Some things that needed multiple requests from other centers was just a snap of finger for Kardin. Including something as simple as booking an appointment to arranging a pickup for my car. It got done the next day, while at the other center it took me a week to get a slot. I wanted to get a new car and he had gone above and beyond his duties to assist me in getting my new ride.
Here comes Abby, my sales for my latest purchase. I wanted to get a new car and it was hard to get the color that I wanted. Kardin and Abby worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted, calling other branches and all to find one. Stock was getting lesser and color was almost down to nothing left. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, they managed to handled me and my request satisfactorily. After a week, I got my car. There were also surprises and many nice touches that Abby threw in for me when I collected my car.
Credit doesn't just go to them two, even other sales and customer service there were very polite and well mannered. Down to the kakak that had to serve the food and clean the dishes.
I feel that I got a real Mercedes from Cycle & Carriage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Selvakumar was the person in charge of my issue when my new Mercedes was involved in an accident on the 26thvof December 2021.
It was really a harrowing experience for me and my family and Mr Selvakumar was there with me throughout helping and guiding me through the whole process.
My car sadly was a write off but Mr Selvakumar helped with guiding me on the whole process of insurance claim as l was completely clueless as to how to go about it.
l just got my car on Wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service consultant ( Selva Kumar ) so as the 2 ladies ( receptionists ) at the front desk were very polite and courteous when I stepped into the office building at Batu Caves.
I was been greeted with a smile and a nice welcome and these really made my day. Infact, I was a bit upset that morning sending my car for repairs due to small accidents occurred after just getting my new 300 GLC about 5 months ago.
Mr Selva Kumar helps me on all the necessary paperworks. It hardly took me about half an hour to arrange and get my car settled to be sent for repair.
After a week, I received a call from Mr Selva Kumar informing me that my car was ready with all parts that were damaged were replaced with the new ones.
I must confess that I am very happy with all the services rendered.
Nevertheless, It will help more if the Company can provide me with a small substitute car to use during the time while waiting for my car back from the repair above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is top notch, from the very first you enter the premise they will need to provide you the necessary paperwork to enter and then there is people from the front counter receiving you and taking your info and take you to their waiting area to wait for the service consultant.
Nowadays, most 3S service centre provide meals for customers, just in case the line is long. Here, they have few types of sandwiches to choose from. Also pastry, kuih, cakes, and hot food like nasi lemak. Overall food is average but its good enough.
