★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience at the salon. unexperienced staff (not a hair stylist step up to do my hair because they were understaffed). The staff name Zu was super rude and careless while doing her job ( she let chemical sit too long on my hair which cause hair damage). The salon 1st didnt admit that they did something wrong with my hair, when i insist to report them to the police and kpdnkk then they willing to pay for the damage which the amount was too cheap and not even enough to repair my hair somewhere else. Tp new potential client, please avoid their salon to prevent any case like mine. btw, i couldnt continue this revie without clicking a star, if i would, negative 10000 star would be given to show how messed up their management is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst place ever. the hairdresser not friendly at all. honestly i won’t go here anymore. it’s okay to give advices to customers about their hair conditions, but it’s not okay to stop them from what they wanted to do on “their hair” and they had the audacity to keep on asking the same question while the customer already mention what she wants.
my hair becomes very ugly after i coloured my hair. like there’s a big patch on the middle of my head. smh, lucky i’m wearing hijab so it won’t bother me that “much”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced Staffs. Love their service. Salon specifically for women only. But a bit pricey. Came here for few times, but only my first visit can use the given card to collect the cop. The rest visits can't use anymore. Maybe owner can give special discount for repeated customer to attract people to come back even pricey.
