1.Owner yang peramah. Urusan menjadi mudah. Owner juga considerate untuk pegang depo kami yang tertangguh sebab larangan rentas negeri tahun lepas (2020).
2. Bilangan bilik yang banyak.
3. Perkarangan luar rumah yang luas.
4. Bilik and toilet bersih.
5. Setiap bilik ada aircond & kipas siling.
CONS:
1. Banyak lalat sebab kawasan berhampiran reban. Kurang selesa nak makan2 bbq kat luar rumah.
2. Kereta kena park di luar. Kawasan rumah juga hujung dan agak terpencil. So memang gelap ketika malam.
3. Walaupun bilik yg banyak, saiz bilik kecil. Hanya selesa untuk keluarga kecil (2 dewasa, 1 kanak-kanak). Tilam extra yang disediakan agak kecil and hanyalah tebal sikit dari kain selimut. So better bawak bantal and toto sendiri untuk keluarga besar.
4. Fasiliti yang sangat basic.
- no towel
- no iron
- no microwave
- no bakul sampah dalam rumah
- saiz peti sejuk (kecil) tak berpadanan dengan jumlah bilik yg ditawarkan (yg sesuai utk big family)
- Pinggan, mangkuk, cawan, periuk yang disediakan tak eye-pleasing. Kurang selesa untuk digunakan.
5. Susunan layout yang OFF. (BIG TURN OFF POINT)
Tempat makan2 dekat dgn bilik. Tempat BBQ dipenjuru rumah. Dapur & sinki hujung rumah. Peti ais di luar. Sebelum dan selepas makan memang nak basuh tangan tu jauh. Design rumah macam promote outdoor activities, tapi kipas hanya ada satu di tengah2.
Conclusion:
1.Untuk mencapai satisfactory level, banyak owner homesatay perlu usahakan- sediakan at least basic fasility homestay biasa tawarkan (towel, iron, microwave, peralatan dapur yang selesa utk digunakan)
2. Untuk mencapai BEYOND satisfactory, banyak yang perlu improve. Dari segi layout susun atur rumah, accessibilty ke bilik air utk big family, especially lepas ramai2 mandi swimming, basah2.
3. Not recommended bagi yang mengimpikan percutian budget utk big family sbb harganya jauh mahal dgn fasiliti yg ditawarkan. Not wheelchair friendly (toilet kecil), no ramp. Not also kids friendly.
Semoga review ini bermanfaat utk bakal pengunjung buat decision and owner homestay buat penambah baikan
PRO:
1.Owner friendly. Things become easy. Owners are also considerate to hold our depot which was delayed due to a cross -state ban last year (2020).
2. A large number of rooms.
3. Spacious outdoor yard.
4. Clean room and toilet.
5. Each room has aircond & ceiling fan.
CONS:
1. Lots of flies because of the area near the coop. Not comfortable to eat bbq outside the house.
2. The car has to be parked outside. The house area is also tipped and quite secluded. So it's really dark at night.
3. Although the room is crowded, the room size is small. Only comfortable for small families (2 adults, 1 child). The extra mattress provided is a bit small and only a little thicker than the duvet. So better bring your own pillow and toto for a large family.
4. Very basic facilities.
- no towel
- no iron

- no trash cans in the house
- the size of the refrigerator (small) does not match the number of rooms offered (suitable for large families)
- Plates, bowls, cups, pots provided are not eye-pleasing. Less comfortable to use.
5. Set the layout OFF. (BIG TURN OFF POINT)
Dining area close to the booth. BBQ place around the house. Kitchen & sink end of house. The fridge is outside. Before and after eating, I really want to wash my hands. Home design kind of promotes outdoor activities, but there is only one fan in the middle.
Conclusion:
1. To achieve a satisfactory level, many homeowners need to work- provide at least the basic facilities homestays usually offer (towels, iron, microwave, kitchen utensils that are comfortable to use)
2. To achieve BEYOND satisfactory, many need to improve. In terms of house layout, accessibilty to the bathroom for big family, especially after many swimming, wet baths.
3. Not recommended for those who dream of a budget vacation for a big family as the price is much more expensive with the facilities offered. Not wheelchair friendly (small toilet), no ramp. Not also kids friendly.
Hopefully this review is useful for prospective visitors to make a decision and homestay owner for improvement

โ โ โ โ โ Tidak berbaloi untuk bayar RM750 per night if nak buat family gathering.
1. Toilet Jauh dan air kecil.
Bilik ada 5, tapi toilet ada 2 sahaja.1 toilet dlm bilik ( shared).
1 lagi toilet kena share 3 bilik.Kesian yang bilik hujung kena jalan pergi ke hujung rumah kalau nak p toilet.
Air memang kecil.
2. Lay out tempat BBQ , Dapur & Tempat makan jauh antara satu sama lain.
Paling terkejut, tiada sinki nak basuh tangan di tempat makan. So kena jalan jauh ke dapur ( rentas swimming pool) if nak basuh tangan.
3. Lalat banyak.
Sangat tak selesa untuk buat BBQ. Owner boleh sahaja invest perangkap lalat elektrik seperti di restoran.
4. Kawasan Banjir
Sini kawasan rendah and banyak rumah tinggal terbengkalai, if nak buat family gathering better check dulu cuaca.
Takut masuk tak boleh nak keluar dah.
Keseluruhan, saya tak recommend if nak buat family gathering especially if ada anak kecil.
Hopefully, owner homestay ini boleh improve dimasa hadapan.
Not worth paying RM750 per night if you want to do a family gathering.
1. Far toilet and small water.
There are 5 rooms, but there are only 2 toilets. 1 toilet in the room (shared).
1 more toilet has to share 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the end room has to go to the end of the house if you want to use the toilet.
The water is small.
2. Lay out BBQ place, Kitchen & Dining place away from each other.
Most surprisingly, there is no sink to wash hands in the dining area. So you have to walk far to the kitchen (across the swimming pool) if you want to wash your hands.
3. Flies abound.
Very uncomfortable to make a BBQ. Owners can only invest in electric fly traps like in restaurants.
4. Flood Areas
This is a low -lying area and many houses are abandoned, if you want to make a family gathering better check the weather first.
Afraid to go in, you can't go out.
Overall, I do not recommend if you want to do a family gathering especially if you have small children.
Hopefully, this homestay owner can improve in the future.
