โ โ โ โ โ The shop operates from a house so this keeps overheads low and this is reflected in the prices. However, they 're-bag' the smaller packs of cat food so the bags have no weight stamped on them, no sell by date and you can't really be sure of what you're buying; you have to trust them. Having said that, the first time I went, they overcharged. In fact, they didn't overcharge as such, but short changed me, so gave me less change than was due. When you visit, you have to press the house doorbell. Every time I've visited, the door had been answered by children who clearly resent having to serve customers so are a little unfriendly. It's not a great service, to be honest; I only go because it's slightly cheaper than the local pet store.

โ โ โ โ โ We went there to purchase cage for our lil cat. We were tempted by the price, thus we drove to the so called shop which turned out to be a small store in front of a house. The product was of a good quality and of a very reasonable price. But the seller did not share the same attribute. We were in front of the house and the seller just texted us, telling us that his kid had opened the gate and the door. Out of curiosity, we did ask and the kid said the seller was indeed inside the house. Negotiation went through whatsapp though we were standing there! Speaking of manner, thatโs not lack. Thatโs non-existence.
To sum up, good price and good quality product, but very bad customer service.
