★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13/14 Years running the company, Director of D'Perception still can't have a proper growth on office ethnicity, the office staffs will always REFRESH every 3 month, the office still DON"T have a proper format/ layout for any work, due to the fact of toxic & stressful environment, caused by the dictatorship from Director himself. Expectation is very HIGH, don't expect any HELP from any of your colleague or Seniors. Company is not doing a good job securing long term customers anyway. Good Luck if you are joining.
