โ โ โ โ โ Went for waxing today. TERRIBLE!! First and foremost, they did not use a cleansing solution to clean the skin prior to waxing. Secondly, even if you're friendly to them, they ARENT FRIENDLY to make you feel comfortable being here for the 1st time. Lack of communication skills. They left patches of unwaxed area. This shows they arent trained at their best. The person attending to me got lazy, and called someone else to help her. Lastly, right after waxing, she DID NOT CLEAN off the wax AT ALL!! Instead she just rubbed Vaseline and said, its fine. My gosh, imagine walking out of that shop knowing you have uncleaned wax all over. Embarrassing enough? Yeap definitely!!!
I'm a practicing medical doctor, and if you were to consider going to this place for their waxing services, please, please think twice. I've been to professional waxing outlets, and they are really good! If you love your skin, this is NOT the place you would EVER wanna go to, because the most basic thing of cleanliness is out of the radar.
