โ โ โ โ โ The finishing is bad, especially on the laminate. Secondly, they call themselves as ID but their recommendation is below average. Especially the owner when we ask them about the quartz stone and the curtain he says that later we recommend then you will not like it.
They even accuse us that we keep adding defect but in reality, it is their finishing is not good which is why there is more defect. Such as the place there is a gap but they did not add any silicone to fill the gap. Earlier they say will do everything for us but in the end, inform us to install our air-cond ourselves.
The owner Mr. Sam says to us that wants us to settle the payment and do not want to step into our house again. Even we highlighted on minor defect he says never mind just deduct it from the bill and for the TV cabinet has a minor crack he says nevermind we just remove the cabinet and refund it back to you.
Overall their finishing is just average, eventhough they have their factory to produce wood but their quality needs to be improved. I would recommend you to find another Company like Tivolli, makeover guys they have better ID and the finishing is good. At least you pay more and get better service & quality.
If you do not want to have any headaches and regret, please avoid this contractor. The worker is good very understanding and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer but sadly the owner is very offensive and does not want to give a solution to rectify the minor defect and quality issue.
