โ โ โ โ โ This place is less crowded than other mall like sunway pyramid. This mall have showcase alot of the kids art work so I believe this mall is more suitable for family. This mall is also decorated beautifully eventhough there are not much customer inside by the time I visit.
This mall is also suitable for bringing friends because it is having quite a number of entertaining shops like cinema, karaoke, Mr DIY, sukiya and gundam shop. It also have music school, art school and makerslab inside.
This place is also very convenient for university student because it is very near the USJ7 station. The way walking here is also quite safe as there are no need to cross the busy road and there are fences when walking beside the street.

The strolling area between adjacent shops are wide with bright lighted areas. Clear signboard and shop tenants are displayed vividly to ease shoppers to find their choiced place to shop.

Lots of shops and outlets that should suits every shoppers. As the mall is not too big, no too small, walking around it would not be tiring.

Lots of eateries with various kinds of types of dishes, local and foreign, which visitors can never left hungry after shopping

The mall is very well decorated with beautiful items which makes a good photo-booth for sweet memories of visit.

The toilet are very well maintained. Clean and dry.

Without doubt, during this Pandemic, all shoppers must scan the body temperature and registration through MySejahtera only which will definitely checked by the security guard on duty or the staff entering each shops and outlet.

Noticeably, the main tenant is "Jaya Groceries".

The best of all is this mall is not too crowded like some other mall. So, shopping or just window shopping is a pleasant experience.

โ โ โ โ โ It's an okay mall with less crowd and focus on food. Only issue is if I remember correctly is they don't use touch and go for parking and is machine.
And also, with the traffic outside, there actually is an alternate exit to jalan kewajipan from the basement car park so that you don't have to go u turn at mydin area which is super jam. See photos.
