Received a call from the HR manager. Telling me that I have been selected as one of the candidates to go for an online interview and they are going to send me a link to do the interview via email. Later, they marked me as "not suitable for this position" in the system. Are you serious? Not professional at all!

very bad service...don't buy daikin....i bought a new unit 1.5 hp,went install then got problem.already complain,daikin service team come to check 4 time ,that means come 4 days,still can not solf the problem.supervisor also come 2 time....also can not solf it,,,,now they say need to call the Factory peple come to check...i don't know after that then they say need to call daikin profeser to come .....so how ????very bad service ,i buy cash not free once....untill now already 2 month ++ still not yet soft the problem.... i also don;t know what to do....the dealer also not intrestered ....sakit kepala...(i am from pandan indah)

Bought a Daikin inverter series in November 2015. Immediately realized the unit was faulty. Even at lowest temp it was uncomfortably warm!! Called them so many times . After checking keep telling me nothing is wrong!! Plus it's so noisy!! Worst aircon and service. Won't even replace the unit despite complaining so many times!!

not cold as I like it to be from day one even at 16degrees ! (1hp/300sqft) I have to on the unit 1.5-2hrs before hand in order for it to chill my son's room! now emitting funny air sound. i TOTALLY REGRET getting this brand!

Ms.Ilavarasi picked up my phone call when I called the customer service hotline. My 6 year old Daikin broke down twice in the span of 6 weeks. This AC is important because my daughter sleeps in that room. That Daikin is the only AC that never ever gave us any problems, we've had other brand over the years. First time contractor changed PCB. Second time contractor changed blower motor and PCB, except he insisted 1 month warranty > no warranty > no warranty (after proving Daikin gives 2 months warranty) > waiting distributor response > warranty very difficult. Where the 3rd party contractor did poorly, Ms.Ila offered to send the Daikin technician to rectify the issue despite the AC being out of warranty only because a Daikin spare part was faulty. But since the part was already replaced, she even followed up in the evening to check if the issue resolved. The customer service of Daikin was AMAZING ! So convenient. None of the nonsense I got from my contractor, in fact polar opposite. Where the 3rd party contractor failed badly, Daikin was more than willing to resolve the issue. When my daughter grows up, i'll make sure to teach here to buy Daikin if she is every buying AC.
