Good things generous with staff, a lot of good staff engagement initiatives, young and vibrant team, nice colleagues, good location, good remuneration package, nice office. overall, fun working environment. The challenges Was there up until late last year and totally agree with all the previous employees. Suffice to say that all comments stated here are all true and high possibility that half of the workforce left because of that. There’s definitely issues within the management that no one is willing to address, making the management untouchable and can get away with anything. For a start, everybody in the company/who’s been with the company knows that there’s unspoken leadership rivalry between ceo and ccio. Both seems to have differing views and apparently this has always been a known fact in the company. Other than that, both lacks empathy and unappreciative of staff’s effort. Director client management, compliance and finance especially, all of them look nice and friendly on the surface but becareful with them. Everyone in the office knows that this set of team walk around the office thinking they’re better than others and are always out to get you. They love giving unnecessary comments/complaints and it seems they enjoy demotivating other departments/staff with their remarks & criticism just cause they β€œthink” they are super good at what they do, so it gives them credit to comment on others. This behaviour is not only waste of time, productivity and resources to others, but made life a living hell for those who has to work with them. Human Capital and corporate strategy HODs are very temperamental, everyone knows that when it comes to these lioness, you must approach with caution at all time because they are a ticking time bomb. Both are very unprofessional in managing dept, love to show power and raise their voice to staff. Fickle minded and slow, again, resulting into waste of time, productivity and resources. Despite their slowness, they have ridiculously high expectations on their staff, expecting magic to happen in a blink of an eye. Apart from the management, there is also glaring issues with staff distribution, some dept are obviously heavily burdened with work, but only covered by 2 headcount, excluding the boss. The management in the company always brush all the comments from ex-staff here and despite the bad reviews given by multiple disgruntled employee, they never take it seriously. They love to continue living in their own bubble and in denial instead of addressing it. Despite that, all these definitely speaks volume for the public because the company’s turn over rate is unbelievably high, even new comers are refusing to be confirmed after experiencing the culture here. Just try and randomly check with anyone who’s in/been with the company to verify this review.
