★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很糟糕的购物体验。从中国运回马来西亚的货品，运输费用计算不正确也不透明。等了一个多月还没收到货品。又贵又慢，客服售后极度糟糕，只会言语搪塞没有解决方案，就只能等，很是失望。
双十一遗失的物品到现在（30/3）都没处理好赔偿问题，无止境的拖延无下限的道歉，而whatsapp的保险部门号码是一个空号，却能通过whatsapp用。寄货单完全没有公司的电话和地址。结果是，东西遗失找谁负责？投诉无门？石沉大海？无尽的拖延？用这家公司需要有这个心理准备。
 Very bad shopping experience. The transportation costs are incorrectly and opaquely calculated from goods shipped back to Malaysia from China. I have not received the goods after waiting for more than a month. It is expensive and slow, the customer service is extremely bad after sale, and there is no solution to the word congestion. It can only wait, it is very disappointing.
The double eleven lost items have not dealt with the compensation problem until now (30/3), and there is no end to delay the apology without a lower limit, and the insurance department number of whatsapp is an empty number, but it can be used by whatsapp. The shipping order has no phone number or address for the company at all. The result is, who is responsible for losing something? No complaints? Stone sinking into the sea? Endless delay? Use this company to have this mental preparation.
