★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 fish and chips. It came full of batter with little fish inside. What is worse the fish wasn't cooked. We had an apology from the sweet lady at the counter but no replacement was offered. I couldn't eat anything on the plate. Hubby didn't finish his either. Luckily he had a bowl of mushroom soup and I had a snack of nachos as entrée. Wish Malaysians know how to have good customer service!!! In some places they replace your meal! Or not charge you at all.
